• Submission of Construction Documentation for building permits

• Including demo plans, floor plans, reflected ceiling plan, room finish

• Schedules, door schedules, interior elevations, and interior details

• Programming, spatial planning, and color/material selection

• Furniture/equipment layout

• Final color boards for clients

• Working knowledge of sustainable products
